When we got home this morning around 11am, we discovered upon opening our door, that our heater was not on. He arrived Sunday and explained what he found the issue to be, showed me how to inspect for it and showed me step by step how he was fixing it so I can do it myself in the future. About an hour later we were back up and running at minimal cost and with no inconvenience. Mr. Quallet was great to deal with and he'll be my first call if we have trouble again.
